1 病例介绍 患者姜某,女,37岁,本市某针织厂(集体企业)职工,1987年就业于该厂,每天约用10 ml中等浓度四氯化碳洗涤产品上的污垢,车间通风不良,工作中不戴任何防护面具。两年前患者时常出现头昏、眩晕、疲乏无力、睡眠欠佳,于1997年6月5日来我院就诊。查体:咽部充血,双肺呼吸音清,心律齐,未闻及杂音,心率88/min,血压15/10 KPa,血、尿常规均正常。当时因未见阳性体征,故给予安神补脑液、Vitc、谷维素,同时建议休息1周。经过上述治疗后,患者自觉痊愈,开始上班。上班后的2个
