八一大队是汉中县赵庄公社内有名的“草老虎”地带。1966年后,曾多次在水稻秧田使用“敌稗”杀草,但方法不当,效果很差,以致药物积压较多。1971年我们与贫下中农结合,经过反复试验,取得了良好效果。经多点定株观察:平均每平方市尺秧苗内原有稗草18.33株,施用敌稗后,杀灭稗草17.88株,灭稗率为97.5％。基本上消灭了秧田稗草,群众满意。根据我们的实践经验,施用敌稗必须掌握以下几个环节,才能达到预期的效果。 1.喷药前一天排掉秧田水,使秧板上无渍水(沟内可存水),以增加药效。 2.掌握在秧苗刚出土未放叶前,或刚开鸦雀咀时,稗草已有1～2片叶施药效果最好,这是
Bayi Brigade is Zhaozhuang commune in Hanzhong County famous “grass tiger” zone. After 1966, “enemy barnyard grass” was used on rice seedling many times to kill grass. However, due to improper methods and poor results, the backlog of medicines was relatively large. In 1971, we combined with poor peasants and low-income peasants. After repeated tests, we achieved good results. According to the observation of multipoint plants, 18.33 barnyardgrass plants were planted in the square seedling per square meter in average. After the use of propanil, 17.88 barnyardgrass were killed, and the rate of malting barnyardgrass was 97.5%. Substantially eliminate the barnyard grass seedlings, the masses satisfied.
