“5·12”大地震给灾区学校造成重大损失,如何恢复重建,并以此为契机实现学校的新发展,成为灾区学校面临的共同问题。重灾区青川县清溪小学在震后三年的管理实践中,探索出一条物质重建与文化重建并举的道路,将学校文化塑造与学校管理相结合,实施科学的文化管理。同时,以学校文化理念为指导,从管理需要出发,着力打造学校的环境适应能力、资源协调能力、流程整合能力、组织学习能力、系统创新能力和危机处理能力,总结出灾区学校可持续发展的有效模式。
