采用高掺量(80~95%)粉煤灰漂珠引入孔隙,添加部分膨润土为结合剂,少量PVA溶液为增塑剂,研究了不同配方以及烧成温度对轻质隔热材料各项性能的影响。通过XRD、SEM及导热性能测试等分析,结果表明:随着配方中粉煤灰漂珠含量的减少,膨润土含量的增加,坯体的体积密度、抗压强度以及导热性能都有逐渐增大的趋势;随着烧成温度的升高,坯体的体积密度、抗压强度以及导热性能也呈逐渐增大的趋势;在1200~1300℃烧成温度下的坯体性能为:体积密度0.433~0.619 g/cm~3,抗压强度5.35~15.8 MPa,并且在超轻体积密度为0.38 g/cm~3时,抗压强度仍然有3.2MPa(1150℃)。
