随着我国全面改革的进一步深化,在我国医院的后勤管理中的改革也逐渐在发展,在改革的深度和长远方面有了一定的进步,最明显的例子是医院慢慢开始专注于本专业的特长——治病救人,而对于不擅长但消耗时间的后勤领域进行对外承包,比如,医院的绿化、保洁、保安、洗衣、停车场等后勤项目对外承包给专门的管理公司,但是由于医院传统的管理体制,对于这类后勤项目的改革还存在一定的问题,本文就医院后勤的社会化管理涉及的相关问题进行简要分析,并就此提出相应的解决措施。
