社会主义新农村建设中,“村两委”作为最基层的组织,担负着重大的责任。法律意识的淡薄,制约着农村的发展。探究“村两委”法律意识淡薄的原因,对于提高其法律意识有着积极意义。基层“村两委”带头提高法律意识,学习法律也是广大农村普法懂法用法的重要途径。
In building a new socialist countryside, “village committees and committees” are shouldering major responsibilities as grass-roots organizations. The weak legal awareness restricts the development of rural areas. Exploring the reasons for the weak legal consciousness in “village committees and committees” is of positive significance for raising their legal awareness. Grassroots “village committees ” take the lead in raising awareness of the law, learning the law is also an important way of understanding the legal usage of the majority of rural law.
