采用静态法对10B质量分数分别为0.7%、4.0%(无杂质)和4.0%(含杂质)的硼酸/水溶液的汽液相平衡性质进行了实验研究,测量温度为343.15~393.15K。利用实验数据,计算得到了硼酸在溶液中的相对挥发度。所得结论对于核电站硼回收系统的高效硼酸分离塔的优化设计具有重要价值。
A static method was used to study the vapor-liquid equilibrium of boric acid / water solution with 10B mass fraction of 0.7%, 4.0% (without impurities) and 4.0% (with impurities). The measured temperature was 343.15 ~ 393.15K. Using experimental data, the relative volatility of boric acid in solution was calculated. The conclusion is of great value to optimize the design of high-efficiency boric acid separation column in the boron recovery system of nuclear power plant.
