用高效液相层析法可同时测定食品中的胆固醇、植物固醇和维生素 E。先将样品在一个反应管中完成皂化和抽提,然后通过任一个供选择的双相流程使组分分开。固醇用紫外分光光度计监测,维生素 E 用荧光检测器监测。本法广泛适用于食品检测,其结果与其他有关分析资料可以比似。样品制备简便迅速,符合实验室质量控制的需要。由于洗脱液的反复利用,柱子不需洗涤,在两次注射期间固定相和流动相迅速达到平衡,所以手动操作一天可顺利地完成20个样品。
Simultaneous determination of cholesterol, phytosterols and vitamin E in food by high performance liquid chromatography. The sample is first saponified and extracted in a reaction tube, and the components are separated by any alternative two-phase flow. Sterols were monitored by UV spectrophotometer and vitamin E was monitored by fluorescence detector. This Law is widely applicable to food testing and its results can be compared with other relevant analytical data. Sample preparation is quick and easy, in line with the needs of laboratory quality control. Due to the reuse of the eluate, the column does not need to be washed and the stationary phase and the mobile phase are quickly brought to equilibrium during the two injections, so 20 manual operations a day can be successfully performed.
