由武汉大学图书情报学院图书馆学情报学研究所陈光祚教授主持的课题组,在武汉大学出版社的支持配合下,联合研制成功了电子版出版物——《国共两党关系通史》(150万字)电子版。1991年7月15日,由湖北省新闻出版局组织了演示会;1991年11月,由武汉大学出版社将其连同该著作的印刷版同时正式发行。这是我国出版界首次推出的向社会发行的电子版图书。电子版出版物是采用电子计算机信息存贮与检索的手段,将著作的全部文本转换成计算
The research group chaired by Professor Chen Guangli of Institute of Library and Information Science, Wuhan University of Library and Information Science jointly developed and successfully published the electronic publication “The General History of the Relationship between the KMT and the CPC” (1.5 million words )e-edition. On July 15, 1991, Hubei Provincial Press and Publication Administration organized a presentation; in November 1991, it was officially released by Wuhan University Press along with the printed version of the work. This is the first electronic version of our publication to the public in the publishing industry in our country.
