随着科学技术的发展,医学领域也取得了丰富的成果,最为突出的当属DNA鉴定技术,它在整个现代法医物证检验中应用相当广泛。它所具有的极高的缜密性和精确性,尤其是采用分子生物学的独特方式,能够准确地将犯罪现场遗留的生物物证中所显现的DNA与犯罪嫌疑人的DNA样本进行对比分析,由此得出结论。然而并不是所有的犯罪现场都能提供有效的样本进行提取,有很多在现场遗留下来的生物样本存在着诸多不利于法医提取的影响因素,例如像腐烂、变质以及污染等等。文章主要针对现场DNA提取纯化技术详细分析介绍当今法医学技术的改进与发展。
With the development of science and technology, rich achievements have been made in the field of medicine.
