目的探讨内窥镜下不同鼓膜穿孔的修补方法。方法在内窥镜下对不同原因造成的鼓膜穿孔进行修补,术中采用贴补法和内植法。结果贴补法成功率99.3%,内植法成功率95.6%。结论内窥镜下采用不同方法进行鼓膜修补临床疗效满意。 Objective To investigate the repair method of different tympanic membrane perforation under endoscopy. Methods The tympanic membrane perforation caused by different causes was repaired under the endoscope. The method of affixing and implanting was used intraoperatively. Results The success rate of patch method was 99.3%, and the success rate of implant method was 95.6%. Conclusions Endoscopic eardrum repair with different methods is satisfactory.
