9月21日,农业部副部长陈晓华会见了美国肉类出口协会主席费尔森,双方就进一步深化中美畜牧业合作交换了意见。陈晓华提出,中美都是畜牧业生产和消费大国,双方开展合作的潜力很大。双方可以在畜禽良种选育、畜禽粪便处理、畜禽生产和加工等方面开展技术交流,加强人员往来和团组互访,增进彼此了解,为进一步开展务实合作奠定基础。
On September 21, Vice Minister of Agriculture Chen Xiaohua met with Felinson, president of the U.S. Meat Exporters Association. Both sides exchanged views on further deepening the cooperation in animal husbandry between China and the United States. Chen Xiaohua pointed out that both China and the United States are major livestock producers and consumers and there is great potential for cooperation between the two sides.
