虽然并行工程已然成为一种流行的产品开发方式,而且多数研究都肯定了并行工程对企业新产品开发绩效的有利影响,但实践中并行工程的影响却相当复杂,完全有可能低于其他方式(如传统的瀑布式模式)的绩效。基于此,本文在总结相关研究的基础上、尝试性地把以往研究归纳为外部环境理论流派和企业自身理论流派两大分支,并进行了全面的文献回顾比较的评述,揭示了其优势与劣势。最后,本文从资源依赖理论出发,构建了全新的并行工程与新产品开发绩效的分析框架。
Although concurrent engineering has become a popular product development approach, and most studies confirm the beneficial effects of concurrent engineering on enterprise new product development performance, the impact of concurrent engineering in practice is quite complicated and is likely to be lower than other approaches Such as the traditional waterfall mode) performance.
