目的对快速、灵敏、适用于现场检测的转基因速测卡的现场实际应用性能进行评估,并对其方案设计进行探索性研究。方法选取国内外3家公司的转基因速测卡对含Cry1Ab/1Ac Bt蛋白的转基因水稻的检测性能(如灵敏度和交叉反应性)进行评估,并与Real-time PCR方法同时对5种模拟实际样品进行检测分析。结果转基因速测卡的灵敏度最低可达0.25%,且无交叉反应性,与Real-timePCR法检测模拟实际样品的检测结果一致,此外,转基因速测卡具有良好的现场操作性能。结论转基因速测卡具有良好的实际现场应用性能,当实际应用检测时,应根据检测目的与目标蛋白抗原,设计相应的实验方案,达到准确检测的目的。因此,转基因速测卡具有良好的市场推广前景。
Objective To evaluate the field practical application of genetically modified rapid test card which is fast, sensitive and suitable for on-site testing, and explore the design of the program. Methods The detection performance (such as sensitivity and cross-reactivity) of transgenic rice plants containing Cry1Ab / 1Ac Bt protein was evaluated using transgenic rapid-measuring cards from three domestic and foreign companies.
