近年来,国家一直在大力促进技能型人才的培养,但相对于用人单位的需求量来说,这类人才的数量依然是远远不够的。显然,职业资格证书制度与培养技能型人才的目标是一致的。根据现阶段的状况来看,这一制度在培养技能型人才的需求下依然存在着许多缺陷,笔者将在这些问题的基础上对这种制度进行探究。第一部分首先对技能型人才培养与职业资格证书制度之间的关系进行了探究,第二部分则基于技能型人才培养分析了这种制度存在的一些问题,最后一部分则在现存问题的基础上提出了这一制度在后续过程中应如何与技能型人才培养进行更为有效的结合。
In recent years, the state has been vigorously promoting the cultivation of skilled personnel, but the number of such talents is still not enough compared with the demand of employers. Obviously, the system of vocational qualification certificates is consistent with the goal of training skilled personnel. According to the current situation, there are still many shortcomings in this system under the need of cultivating skilled talents. The author will explore this system on the basis of these problems. The first part explores the relationship between the cultivation of skilled personnel and the system of professional qualification certificates. The second part analyzes some problems existing in this system based on the training of skilled personnel. The last part is based on the existing problems In the follow-up process, this system should be more effectively combined with the training of skilled personnel.
