社会经济的高速发展使得旅游业迎来了新的机遇期,旅游已经成为人们日常生活中的一个热门词汇,成为人们消费的新选择。在整个旅游活动中,导游作为旅游活动的组织者,扮演着重要的角色。随着旅游者消费维权意识的增强,对导游服务质量的要求也不断提高。构建针对导游服务质量的监督体系已经成为旅游业发展中迫切需要解决的重要问题。本文主要分析了当前导游服务中质量不高的突出表现及成因,提出了导游服务质量监督体系的具体设计对策。
With the rapid development of social economy, tourism has usher in a new period of opportunity. Tourism has become a hot word in people’s daily life and has become a new choice for people’s consumption. Tour guides play an important role as organizers of travel activities throughout the tour. With the increase of consumer awareness of consumer rights, the quality of tour guides also continuously improve the quality requirements. Constructing a supervision system for the service quality of tour guides has become an urgent issue that needs to be resolved urgently in the development of tourism industry. This article mainly analyzes the outstanding performance and causes of the current tour guide service quality, and puts forward the specific design countermeasures of the tour guide service quality supervision system.
