本文报告我院经手术治疗的21例输尿管异位开口,均为女性,年龄为1～14岁。其中16例(17侧)伴重肾双输尿管畸形,4例为发育不全肾伴输尿管异位开口,1例为孤立肾伴异位开口。开口位于前庭13例、阴道7例、尿道1例。作者对输尿管异位开口的病理及伴发畸形、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行了讨论。
This article reports 21 cases of surgical treatment of ureter in our hospital ectopic opening, are female, aged 1 to 14 years. Among them, 16 cases (17 sides) with severe renal double ureteral malformation, 4 cases with hypoplastic kidneys with ureter ectopic opening, and 1 case with isolated kidney with ectopic opening. The opening in the vestibule in 13 cases, 7 cases of vagina, urethra in 1 case. The author discusses the pathology and concomitant deformity of ureter ectopic opening, clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment.
