在高端技术技能型本科人才培养改革中,学生管理工作面临的新挑战。针对思想政治教育、日常事务管理、学风建设和学业指导、职业能力与职业发展教育、心理健康教育、各类学生活动、对外联络与研究七项工作,应确立“服务为本,引导为先;精准定位,突出特色”的管理理念,科学制定高端技术技能型本科学生管理系列制度,探索构建高端技术技能型本科新型学生管理模式,完善管理工作,提升教育质量。
