党的十八大报告明确指出,要“以服务群众、做群众工作”为主要任务,加强基层服务型党组织建设。这就为我们在新的历史时期加强基层党组织建设指明了方向。高校服务型党组织建设是高校发展的重要部分,如何创建服务型党组织,让“服务”成为党组织的鲜明主题,是现阶段迫切需要研究的重要课题。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that the main task of “serving the masses and doing mass work” should be strengthened and the building of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations should be strengthened. This points out the direction for us to step up the building of grass-roots party organizations in the new historical period. The construction of service-oriented party organizations in universities is an important part of the development of colleges and universities. How to create service-oriented party organizations so that “service ” becomes a distinctive theme of the party organizations is an urgent task that needs urgent study at this stage.
