作者应用镍钛记忆合金食管内支架治疗各类食管疾病共９例，置入支架前吞咽困难Ｃｗｉｋｉｅｌ分级均达２－３级，置入后立即缓解，Ｃｗｉｋｉｅｌ０－１级者为１００％。全组病例除有异物感及轻微胸背疼痛外，无严重并发症发生。随访：除１例于置入后二周出现支架移位，后期衰竭死亡，１例置入后三月因肿瘤过生造成再狭窄外，其余病例随访１１－２３个月均存活，且支架通畅，进食良好。结论：镍钛记忆合金支架可确切有效地解除食管良、恶性狭窄，缓解吞咽困难，有效堵塞瘘口，防止食物及唾液外漏，是一种简便、有效且应用前景广阔的食管疾病治疗手段。
The authors applied NiTi alloy stent to treat all kinds of esophageal diseases in 9 cases. The Cwikiel grade of dysphagia before stent placement reached grade 2-3, and immediately after implantation, the grade of Cwikiel grade 0-1 was 100%. In addition to the whole group of patients with foreign body sensation and mild chest pain, no serious complications. All cases were followed up for 11 to 23 months with stent placement and stent failure. Conclusion: NiTi stent can effectively relieve benign and malignant esophageal stenosis, relieve dysphagia, effectively block the fistula and prevent the leakage of food and saliva.
