格子磨系统作为矿浆制备的关键设备,在生产中占有重要的地位。格子磨加旋流器一段闭路磨矿流程是目前拜尔法原矿浆制备工艺提高磨矿效率、保证矿浆细度的最佳选择[1]。1存在的问题某公司在氧化铝生产中选用了格子型球磨机进行矿浆制备,其工艺流程为格子磨+旋流器的闭路式磨制工艺(见图1)。格子磨原设计的配套分级设备是2FC-2400分级机,扩产改造后,增加了旋流器。旋流器底流返入给料器罩,由与格子磨同步转动的勺式给料器给入格子磨内。
