为了解三氯羟基二苯醚含醇消毒凝胶杀菌作用及理化性能,采用载体定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行了实验室和现场实验观察。结果,以含质量分数1.55%的三氯羟基二苯醚和39.6%乙醇组成的消毒凝胶、pH值6.67条件下,对布片上的金黄色葡萄球、铜绿假单胞杆菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用0.5 m in,杀灭对数值均>5.00。用标准硬水将该消毒凝胶作对倍稀释,对金黄色葡萄球和白色念珠菌,作用1.0 m in,杀灭对数值分别为3.40和2.75。用该消毒凝胶原液对志愿者手及前臂皮肤进行擦拭消毒1.0 m in,对手部皮肤自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00。将该消毒凝胶原包装产品置于37℃恒温储存3个月,有效成分三氯羟基二苯醚和乙醇含量下降率分别为1.94%和1.01%。结论,三氯羟基二苯醚醇消毒凝胶对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有快速杀灭作用,对志愿者手皮肤上自然菌杀灭效果达到消毒合格要求,储存性能稳定。
In order to understand the bactericidal effect and physico-chemical properties of triclosan-containing alcohol-disinfectant gel, the experiment of quantitative bactericidal test and physicochemical analysis were carried out in laboratory and field. As a result, the disinfection gel consisting of 1.55% of trichloro hydroxy diphenyl ether and 39.6% of ethanol was applied to the test pieces of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and white Candida role 0.5 m in, kill the logarithmic value> 5.00. Dilute this disinfecting gel with standard hard water for 1.0-fold dilution against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans with a kill log of 3.40 and 2.75, respectively. The disinfectant gel solution was used to wipe the volunteer’s hand and forearm skin 1.0 m in, and the killing logarithm of the natural skin of the hand skin was> 1.00. The disinfection gel original packaging products stored at 37 ℃ constant temperature for 3 months, the active ingredient trichloro hydroxy diphenyl ether and ethanol decreased by 1.94% and 1.01% respectively. CONCLUSION: Triclosan alcohol disinfectant gel has a rapid killing effect on bacterial and fungal pathogens. It achieves the disinfection and disinfection requirements of natural bacteria on the skin of volunteers and has stable storage performance.
