用多普勒超声心动图对１３例小儿扩张型心肌病（ＤＣＭ）患儿左室收缩功能进行研究，结果显示ＥＦ、ＦＳ低于正常，ＬＰＥＰ／ＬＶＥＴ高于正常（Ｐ＜０．００１），且与左室舒张末期内径（ＬＶＤｄ）增大程度明显相关（ｒ＞０．９）。结果提示小儿ＤＣＭ不仅存在收缩功能障碍，且与左室增大程度相关。
The left ventricular systolic function in 13 children with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) was studied by Doppler echocardiography. The results showed that EF, FS were lower than normal and LPEP / LVET were higher than normal (P <0.001) And significantly correlated with the degree of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDd) (r> 0.9). The results suggest that pediatric DCM not only exists systolic dysfunction, and is related to the degree of left ventricular enlargement.
