根据《机械制造技术》《机床夹具设计》等课程特点,项目组开发出了一套自动化夹具拆装综合实验,创新了新的实验教学方式,提高了学生的实践能力,改变了传统教学方法,新的创新型实验加强了学生在夹具方面知识的学习和理解。此外本文也从实验目的,实验设备,实验步骤,实验效果分析等方面进行了详细的介绍和探讨,对培养具有自主学习和设计能力的创新人才具有重要意义。
According to the characteristics of the courses such as “Machine Manufacturing Technology” and “Machine Tool Fixture Design”, the project team developed a set of comprehensive experiments on disassembly and assembly of automatic fixtures, innovated new experimental teaching methods, improved the practical ability of students, changed the traditional teaching methods, New innovative experiments reinforce students’ learning and understanding of grips. In addition, this article also introduces and discusses in detail from the purpose of the experiment, the experimental equipment, the experimental steps, the analysis of the experimental effect and so on. It is of great significance to cultivate innovative talents with independent learning and design ability.
