合理使用制度是著作权法中一个非常重要的制度,以均衡著作权人和社会公众间的利益为宗旨。本文结合网络环境下合理使用制度的存在,针对网络技术给合理使用制度带来的挑战,就完善网络环境下合理使用制度提出了相关建议。 The fair use system is a very important system in copyright law, aiming at balancing the interests of copyright owners and the public. Combining with the existence of fair use system under the network environment, this paper proposes some suggestions on how to improve the fair use system under the network environment in view of the challenge brought by the network technology to the fair use system.
