要知道做生意最怕的就是没有零钱,在深圳不少商家却并不以此为难。不少便利店和报刊亭的老板告诉笔者,现在他们很少去银行兑换零钱。原来,在深圳出现了专门替商铺兑换零钱、收取一定费用的职业换钞人。其实这种职业换钞人已经不是一种新鲜的职业了,在去年春节期间,这样一个新行当就进入了公众的观察视线中。当时,哈尔滨市正值零钞最紧俏的时候,一些以换零钱为职业的换钞人则频繁穿梭在各交易场所,赚取一定的报酬。他们在超市、出租等行当经营者中很有“市场”,然而面临着行为的合法性问题。
