中职学校教师职业倦怠问题日趋严重,是我们不可回避的突出问题。不仅影响教育教学质量,而且影响了教师个人的专业成长。要让教师避免这种职业倦怠,除了教师个性的自我发展完善,学校管理者也应该从教师的切身利益出发,制定出切实可行的评价制度和奖惩机制,多关注教师的工作与生活。同时,整个社会也要对中职教师的教育工作重新认识和定位,让教师从内心体验到自己的社会价值。
Job burnout in vocational schools is worsening day by day, which is a prominent issue that we can not avoid. Not only affect the quality of education and teaching, but also affected the personal growth of teachers. For teachers to avoid this burnout, in addition to self-improvement of individual teachers, school managers should also proceed from the teachers ’own interests, to develop a practical evaluation system and reward and punishment mechanism, pay more attention to teachers’ work and life. At the same time, the society as a whole should also re-understand and position the education of secondary vocational teachers so that teachers can experience their own social values from the heart.
