自改革开放以来,我国经济逐步与全球经济市场相接轨,国内企业渐渐进入国际市场中。要想实现长足久远的发展,必须要更新财务管理模式,引入精益化财务管理,这已经成为我国企业财务管理事业认可的发展模式。精益化财务管理是集战略、预算、绩效考核三位一体的财务管理理念,下面就针对这三个方面对企业财务精益化管理进行论述。
