前不久,笔者对部分中学团的工作做了调查。从总体的评价上看,城市中学好于农村中学,重点中学好于普通中学。学校的团建工作较之农村和企业团建工作有很大的优势,组织机构健全,团员相对集中易于开展活动,团青比例高,团干部文化程度高等等。但,在调查中也发现了许多不正常的现象,这里将这些现象及原因分析如下,同时试拟一些对策,以求对团的正作有一点裨益。
Not long ago, I conducted a survey of the work of some secondary schools. From an overall evaluation point of view, urban high school is better than rural middle school, key middle school is better than ordinary high school. The school building work has a great advantage over the rural and enterprise building work. It has a sound organizational structure, relatively concentrated members, easy to carry out activities, a high proportion of youth groups, and a high level of cadre education. However, many abnormal phenomena were also found in the survey. Here we analyze these phenomena and their reasons as follows, and try some countermeasures so as to bring some benefits to the group.
