目的:对藿胆丸中广藿香治疗鼻炎的有效部位进行研究。方法:以藿胆丸、广藿香为阳性对照药物,分别考察广藿香不同提取部位的抗炎、抗过敏作用,筛选广藿香有效部位。结果:广藿香挥发油同时具有抗炎、抗过敏作用,作用强度均与广藿香、藿胆丸相当;广藿香水溶性部位和不含挥发油的脂溶性部位虽有抗炎作用,但无抗过敏作用,且抗炎作用强度均弱于广藿香和藿胆丸。结论:广藿香油是藿胆丸治疗鼻炎的有效部位。 OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of patchy patchouli pill in the treatment of rhinitis. METHODS: The anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects of different parts of patchouli extract were studied by using 藿Caidan Pills and Patchouli as positive control drugs. The effective parts of Patchouli were screened. Results: The volatile oil of patchouli has both anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects. The strength of the effect is comparable to that of the patchouli and Qidan pills. The water-soluble part of patchouli and the fat-soluble parts without volatile oil have anti-inflammatory effects, but no Anti-allergic effects, and the intensity of anti-inflammatory effects are weaker than Patchouli and Qidan pills. Conclusion: Patchouli oil is an effective part of Qidan pill in treating rhinitis.
