为了进一步提高永州承接沿海产业转移的水平,加快赶超崛起步伐,2007年,永州市委、市政府作出了以蓝山为龙头,在南六县建设市级“蓝宁道加工贸易区”的战略决策,与北边“零冷一体化”相呼应,形成经济增长南北两极格局,为永州经济社会发展奠定坚实基础。本文就蓝山如何承接沿海产业转移、建设好“蓝宁道加工贸易区”等问题进行探讨。
In order to further enhance the level of coastal industries transferred to Yongzhou to speed up the pace of catch up and rise, in 2007, Yongzhou municipal Party committee and municipal government made a Blue Mountain as a leader in the southern six counties to build municipal “Lan Ning Road Processing Trade Zone” Strategic decision-making, echoing the principle of “zero-sum integration” in the north, forming a pattern of poles for economic growth and laying a solid foundation for the economic and social development of Yongzhou. This article discusses how Blue Mountain can undertake the transfer of coastal industries and build a “Blue Ning Road Processing Trade Zone”.
