本文报道了132例正常及胃十二指肠疾病五肽胃泌素胃酸分泌试验结果。本组12例正常值 BAO 及 PAO 分别为2.92±2.1及18.97±7.2mEq/h。十二指肠溃疡显示高酸分泌;复合溃疡、胃溃疡和慢性浅表性胃炎的结果正常或接近正常;慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃癌和高选迷切术后则显示明显低酸,与文献报道相符或近似。作者尚比较了国内外敬组的正常值,重点讨论了提高试验精确度应注意的问题,胃酸分泌功能试验的临床价值,并综述了各种胃十二指肠疾病 BAO、PAO 的参考数值与意义。
