开展个性化服务有利于图书馆事业的生存和发展,有利于信息资源的充分利用,有利于“以人为本”服务理念的体现。本文通过对图书馆个性化服务基础的论述,提出了图书馆个性化服务的手段与模式。
Carrying out personalized service is good for the survival and development of the library, contributing to the full utilization of information resources and being conducive to the embodiment of the service philosophy of “people oriented”. Through the discussion of the basis of the personalized service of the library, this article puts forward the means and mode of the personalized service of the library.
