目的:评价在肺结核病治疗中予以抗结核药物超声雾化吸入的临床治疗效果。方法:选取的样本病例为广东省梅州兴宁市慢性病防治院2015年3月至2017年3月治疗的肺结核病患者103例,抽签分组方法进行分组,51例予以常规抗结核治疗的患者设置为对照组,而52例予以常规抗结核治疗+异烟肼+阿米卡星超声雾化吸入治疗的患者设置为观察组,对2组患者的临床治疗效果进行比照和评价。结果:与对照组患者的治疗总有效率、临床症状改善情况、痰菌转阴率比较,观察组患者的治疗总有效率得以显著提升,临床症状改善明显,痰菌转阴率提高明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在肺结核病治疗中予异烟肼+阿米卡星超声雾化吸入治疗获得了满意的临床治疗效果。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of anti-TB drug inhalation in pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. Methods: A total of 103 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis treated by Xingning Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Meizhou, Guangdong Province from March 2015 to March 2017 were grouped according to the method of lottery and grouping. 51 cases of patients with conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment were enrolled as The control group, while 52 cases of conventional anti-TB therapy + isoniazid + amikacin inhalation therapy were set as the observation group, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and evaluated. Results: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the rate of sputum negative conversion rate were significantly improved, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly improved, the clinical symptoms were significantly improved, the rate of sputum negative conversion rate increased significantly, the difference (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis to isoniazid + amikacin ultrasonic atomization inhalation obtained satisfactory clinical effect.
