为将二氧化铅电极用于钨冶金工业生产中,本文通过加速寿命试验、电化学线性极化、SEM测试及半工业寿命试验对PbO_2。电极在碱性体系中应用可行性进行研究.加速寿命试验、电化学线性极化实验的结果表明.该电极在溶液中寿命长,具有良好的电催化活性,可以用作膜电解法从Na_2WO_4溶液中脱出游离碱的阳极.SEM测试结果表明,钛基体与涂层之间出现裂纹是电极失效的主要原因.半工业试验的结果表明该电极用于实际生产中电效高、能耗低.有广泛的应用前景.
In order to use lead dioxide electrode in tungsten metallurgy industrial production, this article through accelerated life test, electrochemical linear polarization, SEM test and semi-industrial life test on PbO_2.
