本文从焊接应力和焊接变形的控制角度出发,对车架工艺进行研究和探讨,设计了一套组合式工装,减少了工装的多次定位,加工精度得到有效保证。
In this paper, from the control point of welding stress and welding deformation, the frame technology is studied and discussed. A set of combined tooling is designed to reduce the number of positioning of the tooling and the machining accuracy is effectively guaranteed.
