[目的 ]了解趋化因子受体 5Δ32基因突变遗传多态性在延边朝鲜族人群中的分布情况 ,初步评估我国延边朝鲜族人群对人类免疫缺陷病毒 I感染的遗传易感性 .[方法 ]用酚 /氯抽提法对 12 0名延边地区朝鲜族人群的基因组DNA进行了提取 ,然后采用聚合酶链反应方法对基因组DNA中的趋化因子受体 5Δ32基因突变进行了检测 .[结果 ]在所观察的群体中没有趋化因子受体 5Δ32的存在 .[结论 ]初步显示我国延边朝鲜族人群对人类免疫缺陷病毒具有较高的遗传易感性 ,以此为朝鲜族艾滋病的流行病学研究及预防和治疗提供重要的遗传信息 .
[Objective] To understand the distribution of chemokine receptor 5Δ32 gene mutation polymorphism in Korean population of Yanbian and to assess the genetic susceptibility of Korean population in Yanbian to human immunodeficiency virus I infection. [Methods] / Chloro extraction method was used to extract genomic DNA from 120 Koreans of Yanbian area and then detect the mutation of chemokine receptor 5Δ32 in genomic DNA by polymerase chain reaction method. [Results] There was no chemokine receptor 5Δ32 in the observed population. [Conclusions] Preliminary results show that the Yanbian Korean population in our country has a high genetic susceptibility to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) as a epidemiological study and prevention of Korean AIDS And treatment provide important genetic information.
