给出了在强共价性晶体中计算3d2离子光谱与g因数的共价模型.在本工作中,采用了修正后的Sugana Tanabe近似图像推导了考虑共价性贡献在内的3d2离子能级矩阵和3A2基态的g因数计算公式,应用该模型,计算了在Td对称下的掺Ti2+金属离子的ZnSe晶体的光谱与g因数.
The covalent model for calculating the 3d2 ion spectrum and the g factor in strongly covalency crystals is given.In this work, a modified Sugana Tanabe approximation image is used to derive the 3d2 ion level considering contribution of covalence Matrix and the ground state of 3A2 g factor formula, using the model, calculated under the Td doped Ti2 + metal ion doped ZnSe crystal spectrum and g factor.
