烧结硬质合金金相试样的简易制备法

据国内外已有资料的介绍,硬质合金金相试样的制备,需采用不同粒度的钻石粉(或碳化硼粉)进行多次研磨和抛光。这些磨料价格昂贵,有些尚待进口,给金相制样带来了阻碍。为此,我们采用金相砂纸研磨和腐蚀抛光,此法步骤简单,效果良好,现将制作过程介绍如下,供大家参考并请指正。1.先将硬质合金试样先在绿色碳化硅砂轮上细致地磨平。2.把280~#金相砂纸贴在抛光盘上,转速约为800~1000转/分,进行粗磨。3.换上03~#砂纸(转速不变),改换磨痕方向,进 According to domestic and foreign information has been introduced, the preparation of carbide samples, the need to use different sizes of diamond powder (or boron carbide powder) for multiple grinding and polishing.
