227例在7岁前有哮喘的21岁成年人及50名对照组进行肺功能测验。277例分为4级:W 级:儿童期或青春期有喘鸣史,但在21岁检查前3年内无发作,共113例;X 级:在21岁检查前3年有喘鸣,但3月内无发作,共68例;Y 级:在21岁检查前3月有喘鸣,但不频繁,也不持久,共88例;Z 级:近1年哮喘反复发作,每周1次或更多。肺功能测验包括:肺活量(VC)、残气(RV)、功能残气(FRC)、第1秒最大呼气量(FEV_1),最大呼气中段流速(FEV25~75%)、最大呼气流速容量曲线(MEFV)和肺泡氮冲洗曲线Ⅲ相等,标准运动试验采用活动平板,其速度以脉搏>170/min 为度。在运动后3min,运动停止时,运动后5、10、15min,用 Wright 流速仪测验最大呼气流速(PEFR)。运动后15min,给予2%异丙基肾上腺素雾化吸入,再测定 PEFR。根据 PEFR 增加
