母儿血型不合所致新生儿溶血是一种与遗传有关的同种被动免疫性疾病。通过基因遗传影响后代，造成母儿血型不合，发生流产，早产、死贻、死产及新生儿溶血性黄疽，严重者引起新生儿核黄疽或死亡。本资料仅就我院住院分娩124例孕妇ABO血型不合及17例新生儿溶血病作回顾性分析。1
