详细介绍基于主元分析(PCA)的多变量统计过程监控方法,并应用于粒化高炉矿渣的立磨粉磨过程监控,指出现有DCS在粉磨过程运行状况监控性能上的不足。应用实例表明,该监控方法可以有效地改进粉磨过程运行状况的监控性能。
The method of multivariate statistical process monitoring based on principal component analysis (PCA) is introduced in detail. The method is used to monitor the vertical mill grinding process of granulated blast furnace slag, and points out the deficiencies of the existing DCS in the monitoring performance of the grinding process. The application example shows that the monitoring method can effectively improve the monitoring performance of the grinding process.
