1973年我区由于气候异常,早稻生育期间长期低温、阴雨、日照不足,加上某些栽培技术不当,使早稻瘪谷率显著提高,严重影响早稻产量。据初步统计,全区有25万亩早稻瘪谷率较高,损失稻谷约五千万斤。据本所在平原地区对86块典型田的调查统计,在不同熟期的早稻各品种中以早播、早栽的早熟和早中熟品种受害较重,平均瘪谷率达53.48%,每亩损失200~300斤,最高田块的瘪谷率竟达99.8%,颗粒无收。中熟品种受害较轻,平均瘪谷率为13.81%但最高的亦有达到35%。无论是早熟或中熟品种,总的情况是瘪谷率均比往年显著增加。如瑞安县飞云江农场1973年早熟品种二九青、竹莲矮的瘪谷率分别比1972年增加79.8%和69.1%;早中熟品种温革增加51.2%,中熟
In 1973, due to the anomalous climate, long-term low temperature during rainy season, rainy days and insufficient sunlight during the early rice growing season, coupled with some improper cultivation techniques, the rate of deflated valley in early rice increased significantly in 1973, seriously affecting the yield of early rice.
