随着教育改革的不断深入,在教育界兴起了各种各样的教育理念。相关研究表明,对于运动技能的获取,是不能够仅仅依靠挺能训练来获取的,同时还应该有必要的心理训练配合。在篮球普修教学中,研究出一种新式的教学理念,即意念教学法,这种教学模式,是针对于体育教学与体育训练的教学方法。一般来说,意念教学法就是指在人们正常的心理活动和思维活动的过程中,通过回忆的方式,在脑海中呈现出相关的教学内容,从而对所学知识进一步巩固并且更深层次的理解。本文对意念教学法在篮球普修中的应用进行分析研究。
