1 Clinical data Since 2002, our hospital misdiagnosed 5 cases of congenital tuberculosis. There were 4 males and 1 female. The youngest 26 days, the largest 56 days. Onset time: the shortest after birth 15 days, the longest 40 days after birth. Visiting time: 10-15 days after the onset of symptoms. Outcome: 5 cases were dead. Family history: Five mothers suffered from tuberculosis in the second trimester of pregnancy and did not breast-feed because of treatment.
