非公人士价值引领是目前一个急需关注的问题。新一代的双新组织人士,思想不断的改变,复杂的社会环境、国际环境,快速发展的互联网都使其思想价值形成的环境日益复杂化,从而使价值引领工作也逐渐趋于复杂化。为明晰非公人士价值引领的完善过程,本文从复杂理论的视角出发,对非公人士价值引领的过程机制进行了研究,提出了“环境(E)-主观能动性(Subjective Initiative)-价值引领(V)”(E-SI-V)的完善模型,并对模型进行了阐释和论证。
The leading of the non-official’s value is an issue that urgently needs attention. A new generation of dual new organizational members, constantly changing ideologies, complex social environments, international environments and the rapidly developing Internet have increasingly complicated the environment in which their ideological values are formed, thereby gradually complicating their value-leading work. In order to clarify the consummation process of the leading value of the non-public, from the perspective of complex theory, this paper studies the process mechanism of the leading of the non-cormorant, and puts forward the concept of “E - Subjective Initiative - (V) ”(E-SI-V) perfect model, and the model is explained and demonstrated.
