人物小档案:现任北京润佳房地产开发公司总经理。1986年毕业于辽宁大学国际金融系,分配到国务院以煤代油专用资金办公室。后与他人共同筹备华能金融公司,并先后担任华能金融公司投资证券部的副经理、经理,投资部经理以及华能公司与美国麦克马汉公司合办的华能麦克玛汉投资公司总经理等职位。1996年开始投资房地产项目,2001年成立北京润佳房地产开发公司。独立与合作开发的房地产代表项目:润佳商务中心、莲香园、润佳别墅、郎琴园、道乐蒙恩商务街等。
Profile: Current Beijing Runjia real estate development company general manager. In 1986 graduated from the Department of International Finance of Liaoning University, assigned to the State Department to coal for oil dedicated funds office. He then worked with others in the preparation of Huaneng Finance Corporation and successively served as deputy manager, manager and investment manager of the Huaneng Finance Corporation’s investment securities department and general manager of Huaneng McMahon Hospitals, a joint venture between Huaneng and McMahan in the United States. In 1996 began to invest in real estate projects, in 2001 to set up Beijing Runjia real estate development company. Independent and cooperative development of real estate projects: Ruijia Business Center, Lotus Park, Runjia Villa, Langqin Park, Dorothy Road Commercial Street and so on.
