对冠脉内血栓性病变进行介入治疗常意味着急性血栓性闭塞、急诊冠脉旁路移植术、心肌梗死和死亡的高发生率。冠脉内血栓的治疗仍是目前的一大难题。本文就当前冠脉内血栓的治疗策略作一综述。
Interventional treatment of intra-coronary thrombotic lesions often implies a high incidence of acute thrombotic occlusion, emergency coronary artery bypass grafting, myocardial infarction, and death. Coronary thrombosis treatment is still a major problem. This article summarizes the current treatment strategies of intra-coronary thrombosis.
