中国欧盟商会和贝恩公司合作在中国进行的私募股权基金调研,是首个关于私募股权基金对中国社会和经济影响的调研。调研所涉及的中国内地公司,在2002年至2006年期间接受的来自境外或国内的私募股权基金的融资,数额至少为2000万美元。调研不涉及2006年以后才完成的交易,以便能够追踪投资后两年的业绩。分析所依据的资料来自100家私募股权基金投资公司,占五年期间所完成的私募股权基金交易总额的50%以上。无论是行业种类、公司规模还是地理分布,这些公司都具有较强的代表性。
The survey of private equity funds conducted by China Chamber of Commerce in China and Bain & Company in China is the first survey on the social and economic impact of private equity funds on China. The Mainland companies involved in the survey, from 2002 to 2006, received financing from overseas or domestic private equity funds in the amount of at least 20 million U.S. dollars. The research does not deal with transactions completed after 2006 in order to be able to track the performance of the two years after the investment. The analysis is based on data from 100 private equity fund investment firms, accounting for more than 50% of the total private equity fund deals completed during the five-year period. These companies are highly representative, regardless of industry type, company size or geographic distribution.
