建筑钢结构的迅速发展,使得钢结构厚板的应用越来越广泛。随着钢板厚度及焊缝尺寸的增加,承受的荷载更加复杂,拘束作用更加突出。由于局部地区频繁出现低温,钢结构厚板发生Z向层状撕裂的可能性也越来越大,因此对厚板的焊接性能进行研究,减少层状撕裂的发生尤为重要。从层状撕裂产生的机理入手,通过对层状撕裂的影响因素进行探讨,从焊接工艺、焊接坡口形式、焊接材料的方面重点分析预防层状撕裂的措施。
The rapid development of building steel structure, making the application of steel plate more and more widely. With the increase of the thickness of the steel plate and the size of the weld, the load to be borne is more complicated and the restraining effect is more prominent. Due to the frequent occurrence of low temperature in some areas, the possibility of Z-layered lamellar tearing of steel plate is also increasing. Therefore, it is very important to study the welding performance of plate and reduce the occurrence of lamellar tearing. Based on the mechanism of lamellar tearing, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of lamellar tearing, and analyzes the measures to prevent lamellar tearing from the aspects of welding process, welding groove form and welding material.
